Missions:
As part of a finance team, you will play a key role in providing administrative and organisational support.
Responsibilities include:
- Issuing invoices and credit notes.
- Maintaining accurate data in our databases.
- Monitoring invoicing processes.
- Managing collections.
- Resolving litigations.
- Reconciling payments.
- Assisting with accounting documentation.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
- Fluent in French with good English proficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
