Missions:

As part of a finance team, you will play a key role in providing administrative and organisational support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Issuing invoices and credit notes.
  • Maintaining accurate data in our databases.
  • Monitoring invoicing processes.
  • Managing collections.
  • Resolving litigations.
  • Reconciling payments.
  • Assisting with accounting documentation.

 

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
  • Fluent in French with good English proficiency.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
