Risk Officer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Management of relevant risks and opportunities (recording, analysing, controlling and monitoring)
• Carrying out daily monitoring of early warning indicators
• Preparation of reporting for the Management Board and Supervisory Board with recommendations for action on earnings and risk management
• Support in analysing and implementing regulatory changes
• Risk inventory and risk analysis, risk quantification for all material risk types
• Implementation of stress tests, validation and further development of risk models
• Ability to multitask and to work on a wide range of demands / projects, from routine tasks to participating in ad hoc or strategic assignments
• Flexibility to assist with other tasks if required.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Completed Bachelor’s degree in a business orientated subject is preferable.
• Professional experience in risk controlling at a bank or in bank-focused auditing or consulting firms would be preferred.
• Self motivated and pro active approach to problem solving
• Strong analytical mindset and a high level of attention to detail
• Motivated, flexible and the ability to work in a small team
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential
• Awareness of the regulatory environment.
