Missions:

As part of a finance team, you will play a key role in providing administrative and organisational support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Issuing invoices and credit notes.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
  • Fluent in French with good English proficiency.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Financial Manager

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be in charge of managing the financial health of the group of companies and will be more precisely responsible of:

  • Overseeing and managing the overall financial agenda
  • Performing financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and optimizing the financial health of the companies
  • Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
  • Advising on investment activities and assisting management to take financial decisions, including regular participation to Investment Committee meetings
  • Supervision, management and support of accounting service provider, including preparation of input data, review of interim and annual statutory accounts, regular interaction with service providers
  • Communication with company’s auditors and tax authorities where required
  • Preparing data and reports required at Group level, with the opportunity to support and contribute to the Group‘s consolidation process
  • Assistance in the preparation of corporate tax returns with the local tax service provider and the Group’s tax team, including preparation of input data, review of calculation and methodology used, communication with the service provider
  • Dealing with other tax matters with the support of the Group‘s tax team in cooperation with external tax advisors as need be, including support to the Group’s tax team in the context of the implementation of Pillar 2 requirements
  • Overseeing and managing Group-wide Transfer Pricing studies, with the support of the Group’s tax team
  • Close cooperation with other departments including Group representatives
  • Ensuring statutory requirements are met on a timely basis

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Strong technical accounting and financial reporting background
  • IFRS (incl. consolidation) knowledge would represent an advantage
  • Strong audit and financial accounting experience
  • Desire to learn, improve and focus on developing a long- term career in a high-level financial role

Financial Controller

Here’s what our Financial Controller will be doing:

Cash Management:

  • Establish cash flow management (global and by site);
  • Prepare payments for supplier invoices;
  • Participate in the improvement of management tools.

 

Financial Reporting:

  • You assist the manager in budget monitoring and in the preparation of the group’s reports;
  • Prepare and validate with site managers the progress of the sites;
  • Participate in the budgeting of fixed costs;
Devops Engineer
  • Votre mission :

    • Microsoft / Linux
    • M365 / Azure / Intune
    • Sophos / Veeam / Lotus Notes
  • Concevoir des applications web pour faire évoluer nos applications internes.
  • Fournir un support quotidien aux utilisateurs.
  • Participer et piloter des projets ambitieux.
  • Rédiger de la documentation technique et utilisateur.
  • Votre profil :
  • Vous possédez de bonnes compétences relationnelles, appréciez le travail en équipe tout en étant capable de prendre des initiatives.
  • Vous pouvez analyser, identifier et proposer des solutions basées sur les bonnes pratiques IT.
  • Powershell, MS Graph, Jenkins et la MS Power Platform n’ont plus de secret pour vous.
  • Vous maîtrisez l’OS W10/11 et les outils de la suite Office.
  • Vous avez des compétences en front end (REACT, JS…) et en langage SQL.
  • Vous avez une expérience sur Linux et un intérêt pour Docker.
  • Vous avez des connaissances sur les technologies Microsoft on-premises et cloud.
  • Vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans la maintenance de systèmes Microsoft/Linux et 5 ans dans le support IT.
  • Une expérience dans le domaine de la régulation ou de l’électricité est un avantage.

Senior Security Engineer
  • As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions to safeguard the network, applications, and digital assets of our client. You will work with technologies, such as Palo Alto, Bluecoat, F5 (LTM, ASM, APM), ASA VPN, Mobile Iron, Infoblox, Splunk, Fireye or PKI, to ensure the highest level of security for our organization.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  •  Being responsible to implement projects to replace / upgrade the current infrastructure with new versions or solutions, and you will analyze, recommend, and implement new cyber security technologies and solutions.
  • Monitor operational infrastructure – you will leverage standard tools and processes to respond and resolve incidents and requests in a timely manner meeting agreed SLA
  • Incident Response – Monitor security events, investigate and respond to security incidents, and assist in post-incident analysis and remediation.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to security configurations, policies, procedures, and incidents.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of field experience in the networking and security area with solutions. Proven experience in network and application security, with expertise in Palo Alto, Bluecoat, F5 (LTM, ASM, APM), ASA VPN or Splunk. Knowledge of firewall management, intrusion detection, content filtering, web application security, and VPN technologies. Proficiency in PKI design and management, digital certificate issuance, and secure key management.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities and risks.
Business Analyst IT

Core responsibilities:

  • Define business requirements with stakeholders;
  • Provide business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business;
  • Design the new features to implement;
  • Analyze the impacts on IT systems;
  • Evaluate effort in man days and cost in euros required for the implementation;
  • Plan and lead the implementation with developers and/or software providers;
  • Perform functional testing;
  • Provide regular status and reporting to stakeholders.

Profile and requirements:

  • Strong expertise on Olympic core banking system is mandatory
  • Experience of at least 4 years within the banking industry is mandatory;
  • Understanding of technical processes in general;
  • Service-oriented and well organized team player;
  • Willingness to go for new challenges;
  • Ability and appetite to work in an international and inter-cultural environment;
  • Good communication;
  • Fluent in English, Italian/French/German would be considered as an asset;
