Support Engineer

Your mission:
- Provide comprehensive support for the entire IT infrastructure.
- Log all incidents and IT-related requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to appropriate teams.
- Maintain up-to-date procedures and documentation.
- Troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and phone systems.
- Manage IT stock and asset database.
- Implement and maintain computer systems and software.
- Provide level 1 and level 2 support as needed.
- Advise on new technologies relevant to the corporate IT infrastructure.
- Manage IT incidents and requests while ensuring the ticket database is kept updated.
- Be flexible with working hours, including participation in on-call duty rotations.
- Monitor backups and antivirus systems.
- Respond to alerts from monitoring systems.
Our expectations:
Must have:
- Fluent in French and English.
- Knowledge of ITIL, GDPR, and data privacy regulations.
- Experience in incident and asset management.
- Proficiency with end-user devices, applications, and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with user and computer account management.
- Experience with backup and restore management.
- Familiarity with client and server operating systems, messaging solutions, and monitoring solutions.
Soft skills:
